Project Management at RAWTEK is about working together to help you achieve your objective and ensuring your project is:

We have over 10 years of project management experience across a wide range of IT/software deliverables, ranging from several thousand to multimillion pound budgets. Qualified to PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management standards, experienced in ITIL and with excellent resource management skills.
At RAWTEK we can provide a project manager who either:
- works alongside you on a daily basis until the project is complete; or
- takes on a consultative role, spending one or two days a week in your business keeping the project on track.

Key elements of project management
Project initiation
The most important part of a project lifecycle is right at the start in ensuring the business requirements are correct. We can help you define those requirements to ensure they meet your current and future needs. We take time to understand your business to provide solutions that are robust and fit for purpose.
Planning
Once the scope of your project has been agreed then we will produce a project plan to show how we will manage the project for you. This will identify the resource required at each stage of the project and the lapsed time until completion. Our aim is to always deliver on time and to your requirements.
Communications
Once your project is underway, communcations are vital throughout to ensure the project comes together as planned. Weekly reports to key people nominated by you will ensure that you are kept informed of progress and for any issues to be resolved. Communication is a two way process so if you have any concerns during any stage of the project we would expect you to raise them with the project manager.
Implementation and sign off
At the final stage when your project is complete we will ask you to sign off the project so that implementation can go ahead.
